Empowering Lives: Therapy for Adults, Seniors, and Caregivers
If you feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable, therapy can offer a steadier path forward. Many of the adults I work with struggle with people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, guilt around self-care, chronic anxiety, ADHD-related overwhelm, or ongoing internal conflict. Some have been in therapy before and return when new stressors arise or deeper relational patterns begin to surface.
My approach is collaborative and reflective. We explore recurring relational patterns, identity shifts, and transitions that shape your experience. Therapy is individualized and intentional, supporting greater steadiness and meaningful growth over time.
Reaching out can feel uncertain, whether you are new to therapy or returning after time away. I offer a steady, nonjudgmental space for thoughtful exploration. If this approach resonates, I welcome the opportunity to connect and learn more about what brings you here.
My work creates room for emotional regulation and meaningful reflection. Together we explore recurring relational and family patterns, identity shifts, and developmental transitions, including evolving roles. Therapy supports steadiness, clearer boundaries, and the capacity to inhabit your life more fully, not driven by performance, but guided by discernment.
